These terms apply when you use this website and when you book a tour through it. Please read them before you book.

Tours and information

We work to keep tour descriptions, itineraries and prices accurate. Tours depend on local conditions, so details can change, and we will tell you promptly if a change affects your booking.

Booking

A booking is a request that we confirm. A tour is reserved for you once we confirm your booking. Prices, what is included and the cancellation terms shown at the time you book are the terms that apply to your booking, even if we change them later.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms are set out in our payment policy and cancellation terms in our booking policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your responsibilities as a traveller

  • Give us accurate information when you book.
  • Hold valid travel documents and any visas you need.
  • Tell us about health, mobility or dietary needs that may affect your tour.
  • Consider travel insurance that suits your trip.

If we change or cancel a tour

If we have to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of what you have paid for it.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you booked continue to apply to that booking.
